RETURN POLICY

Returns will be honored at the discretion of Fusion Hippie LLC, if the return is within the scope of the Return Policy.

After receiving delivery, if the order is incorrect and/or missing product; notification must be made within five days after delivery of package. Please allow approximately 5 business days to review the return request. Customer may be responsible for shipping costs. requests made five days after delivery date will be denied.

In case of a defective product, please contact Fusion Hippie LLC no later than ten days after delivery of package. Defective product notifications received after ten days will be denied. You can contact us through Customer Support, support@fusionhippie.com. Please provide a short description of the issue, a copy of the invoice, and photos of the product. Fusion Hippie LLC will review the request and respond in approximately five business days. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Fusion Hippie LLC has no control with the handling of product/packaging after leaving our facility. For this reason we can not honor claims for damaged product. Please contact the parcel company directly to file a claim.

Fusion Hippie LLC stands behind our quality products; however, cannabinoids effect all individuals differently. Therefore, taste and effect are not a valid reason for a return.

Fusion Hippie LLC will only consider returns for products purchased directly from us. If our product was purchased through a third-party website or an independent retail store, the return must be handled through them.

Fusion Hippie LLC reserves the right to deny sales to any individual(s) or business for any reason. Fusion Hippie LLC retains the right to deny a refund for any reason.
